Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

Products received are defective or damaged
Order was incorrect due to our error
Products do not match the approved proof
Request is made within 30 days of receipt

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be refunded:

Custom products made to your specifications
Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery
Orders placed with incorrect shipping information
Digital proofs or design services

3. Defective Products

We will replace or refund defective products at no cost
Photo evidence of defects may be required
Return shipping will be covered by MunchMakers
Replacement products will be expedited

4. Refund Process

Contact us within 30 days of receipt
Provide order number and reason for refund
Include photos if claiming defect or damage
We will review and approve eligible refunds
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days

5. Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Return shipping costs are customer responsibility (unless defective)
Expedited shipping fees are not refundable

6. Proof Approval

Customers must approve digital proofs before production
Once proof is approved, design changes may incur additional costs
Refunds for approved designs are limited to production errors only

7. Payment Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Credit card refunds may take 3-5 business days to appear
PayPal refunds are typically immediate

8. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before production begins
Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours
Once production starts, orders cannot be cancelled
